- Region-wide remote and on-site parking system automation, remote management, installation, and support.
- Computer / network / microcontroller / fieldbus / low-voltage / fiber.
- Vehicle gates & loops, card access, long range fobs, LPR systems, proximity sensors, RF remote control.
- POS systems, payment terminals, printers, scanners, QR codes.
- Troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, parts, consumables.

Objective:
Served as a Senior Parking Systems Field Engineer, providing expert-level support for automated parking systems through the installation, configuration, and maintenance of embedded and networked control hardware and software. Managed projects and contractual deliverables, coordinated with contractors, and maintained clear communication with clients to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction. Monitored and responded to system alerts, resolved technical and safety deficiencies on-site, completed detailed service documentation, and maintained accurate inventory of specialized equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provided regionwide remote and on-site technical support and emergency issue resolution for mission-critical computer, network, automation, computer vision, and embedded systems.
- Maintained regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, responded promptly to inquiries and service requests, and handled all customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

- Installed, configured, and maintained embedded systems and automation hardware and software solutions from multiple vendors.
- Monitored and responded to system alerts using various platforms to ensure continuous operation and fast incident resolution.
- Managed and performed contractual deliverables, including preparing and completing work orders in accordance with service level agreements.
